Pump Jack Capital Association

Plan & Mission Statement:

The mission of the Pump Jack Capital Association is to make a
contribution to the ever improving quality of life in Electra by
providing it’s citizens with a significant and continuing source
of community pride.

To create a common bond between the people; businesses,
government, media, education and civic organizations which
make up our community.

The Pump Jack Capital Association will work to highlight those
positive attributes which make our community such a special
place to live.

The Pump Jack Capital Association will continue to present
opportunities to showcase our city’s hospitality.

Strategic Goal:
To strengthen and promote our image as the
PUMP JACK CAPITAL OF TEXAS.

Objective:
To keep our name and image alive in the public eye, to
attract visitors, business, jobs and opportunities.
